UNIDO is excited to announce the successful completion of the 3-day COMFAR training for 24 dedicated professionals from the Industrial Projects Service (IPS), Industrial Parks Development Corporation – Ethiopia (30% women).

Day 2 focused on marketing and technical analysis, where participants gained hands-on experience by working through a case study on a canned tomato business. Live demos enriched the sessions and ensured a practical understanding of COMFAR’s capabilities.

Day 3 wrapped up with in-depth discussions on financial analysis and key COMFAR features. Participants not only mastered data entry for the case study but also learned how to interpret results effectively. To continue their learning journey, we provided an additional mining project case study for further practice.

At the end of the training, certificates were awarded to celebrate their achievements and dedication. We’re proud to have supported these professionals in advancing their skills, further empowering them to assess and promote impactful investment projects.
